Staffing issues solved! new blood is in!

Hi everyone, it's been a while since I put up a blog. Mainly because i've been just swamped running the business. I suddenly had my main man Pierre leave because of certain commitments and The other person could not handle the work load Pierre was pulling. It took me a while to find someone loyal enough with integrity.. mind you i was very spoiled by Pierre, and I was thinking I could replace him... I knew it wasn't going to be easy but come on, what is happening with the labour market?

it seems good help is definitely in short supply. I looked high and low and people with experience are difficult to find, and when you do, they are too set in their ways to learn the way you want things done. and the low-experienced applicants.. dont even get me started. Let's just say I hope someone is helping them dress in the morning or they marry rich.

but after all, i did find a few candidates, and some fell off to the side (or off the wagon in one case), but i now have someone who can hold things up fron together until i get her more help.

She is mature, loyal, and really cares to learn and improve, and definitely ah self starter and a hard worker. I will be looking to get her more help as we get busier with catering work and the restaurant.

So without further ado please come in and meet Jennifer Nelson, and come back to how we used to be.

I hope everyone comes back to our new service standard and remind everyone without your support, the tastiest food in west van will disappear.
