We are looking for qualified staff for almost every position (except owner).

​

our busiest times are from wednesday nights through sunday afternoon.

You would also be scheduled to change gears and be part of the catering team in our venue, on site or off site at a festival.. 

This means you must be flexible and organized.

We are fast paced and demand highly of ourselves. you must be a quick learner and have a great grip of logic and prioritization.

Lead Server / Front Manager

 

This is a very critical and demanding position in the company and we ask you to be experienced.

traits and responsibilities:

- Punctual, self starter, someone who respects systems and follows them religiously, honest, outgoing personality with a sense of humor, good with numbers.

- you will be exptected to learn and know our POS system, keep physical and digial menus synchronized manually, cash out at end of night, keep front of house and washrooms pristine, manage clients and know them by name, help build a client database, obviously have a serving it right, create drink specials for the week, and strong under pressure. you will also be expected to follow yours and other servers' hours for efficient payment.

Cook/prep cook/dishes

at this point we need someone to help out with prep, handle occasional lunches (not too busy) and to supplement our dishwashing duties. this will be from wednesday to saturday to assist Mer with ensuring food goes out quickly and to keep the kitchen spotless. position would be great for someone in later high school or a college student as the events are usually held on the weekends and almost if not all shifts are at night after 4
